These form entries are stored on our website database for one month, and then automatically deleted. We use the marketing platform Campaign Monitor to communicate with our opted-in marketing lists. Their data center provider is certified to the following compliance standards: HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and FISMA/NIST and their cloud provider has the following certifications: PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 1 / 2 / 3, IRAP, ISO 27018 and ISO 9001. Client Data
Stimulating Minds may act as a data processor for some clients. We ensure that everyone across the business has an understanding of data protection compliance, and that client data is only ever accessible by team members whose involvement is necessary within that job. Client data lists will never be accessed other than on request by the client, and will never be passed on or shared without client request.
Onsite CCTV
For increased security internal and external CCTV cameras are in operation at our Derby studio. The video is stored on Nest’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and is deleted after 10 days. For access requests please email privacy@stimulatingminds.co.uk. There will be a charge of £10 for supplying requested information.
